We want you to feel confident when ordering live plants from us. Please read carefully before purchasing.
Shipping
Shipping is at the buyer’s risk. All plants are carefully packaged before they leave our hands. Once the package is handed to the shipping carrier, responsibility transfers to the buyer. Risks include delays, loss, damage during transit, weather exposure, or mishandling.
Local Pickup
Once the buyer is in possession of their items, all responsibility transfers to the buyer.
Plants must be picked up within 14 days of the order being ready. Orders not collected within this window will be cancelled and a 15% restocking fee will apply. The remaining balance will be issued as store credit.
Death on Arrival
If your plant arrives in a non-viable state, contact us within 24 hours of the delivery scan by emailing growingsolovely@gmail.com. We will review on a case by case basis. Compensation is not guaranteed and shipping fees are non-refundable.
Please include:
- Your order number
- A continuous unboxing video that shows the sealed package, how it was opened, and the condition of the plant when first revealed
- Clear photos of the plant from multiple angles
A plant is considered non-viable only if it is unsalvageable. A plant is considered viable if:
- The corm is still alive
- The plant can reasonably be propagated or recovered
- The issue is cosmetic or minor (e.g., bent leaves, minor leaf damage, bruising, slight yellowing, soil displacement, or normal shipping stress)
If the plant has been repotted or moved into new medium after arrival, it is no longer eligible for review. The plant must remain in its original shipped condition.
Please allow new arrivals time to acclimate. Minor stress during shipping is normal for live plants.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges at this time.
Cancellations
All sales are final. Orders cannot be cancelled once placed.
