Shipping policy
We carefully pack and ship live plants across Canada to ensure they arrive safely. Please read this policy carefully, as shipping live plants carries inherent risks.
Order Processing & Shipping Schedule
- Orders are typically prepared for shipment within 1-2 weeks.
- Because this is a small home-based business and I work a full-time job in addition to running the plant shop, plants may not always be shipped immediately after purchase.
- Plants are only shipped at the start of the week i.e. Monday or Tuesday, to help ensure they arrive during the same week and avoid sitting in transit over weekends.
Shipping Risk & Recommendations
- Shipping is at the buyerโs risk. Once the package is handed over to the carrier, we are no longer responsible for the shipment.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, or other unforeseen events.
Weather & Seasonal Considerations
Please be mindful of your local weather conditions before ordering. Heat packs or insulation may be used when appropriate, but extreme temperatures can still affect live plants during transport. We will do our best to monitor weather conditions and ship when the weather improves.
Address Accuracy
Buyers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping information is accurate at checkout. Packages sent to an incorrect or incomplete address cannot be refunded, replaced, or rerouted once in transit.
